The machine has multiple modes (automatic espresso, automatic coffee, and manual) that use highly sensitive sensors and powerful microprocessors to cook and time your coffee, ensuring consistency in every cup. PR1 mode specific operation steps: Place the coffee scale on the platform of the Espresso coffee machine, turn on the power to the scale, place a cup on the scale, wait two seconds for the weight of the cup to tare automatically, start the Espresso coffee machine, and as soon as you feel a coffee pour, the scale starts weighing and the timer starts automatically. Once extraction is complete, the weighing and timer automatically stop.

In PR2 Brew Manual Timing Mode, you turn on the coffee scale, place the coffee pot and filter paper on the scale, press the "Open-Off button" to tare, add the ground coffee to the weight you want, press the "Open-Off button" to tare, and press the "Timer Button" to start the timer while pouring in the water. When the brewing is finished, all data is displayed precisely.

PR2' Brewing Auto Timer Mode: Turn on the coffee scale, place the coffee pot and filter paper on the scale, press the "on-off button" to tare, add the coffee grounds to your desired weight, and when ready to brew, in PR2 mode, press and hold the Timer button to enter PR2' Brew Auto Timer mode. When you start pouring in water, the timer will automatically start working and the weighing will begin.
