1. Multi-functional Espresso Scale
   In Espresso Mode, start by pressing the timer button five times. The display will indicate this mode as the auto-brewing mode light begins to flash. The scale automatically tars when coffee drops reach the cup, and timing initiates. Once the brewing process concludes, removing the cup will halt the timer, and recorded values will blink for easy reference.

2. Pour-over Coffee Scale
   Start the Pour-over Timing Mode with five quick presses on the timer, followed by an audible beep. Place your brewer on the scale, add ground coffee, and quickly press the timer, starting a 3-second countdown to tare the scale automatically. As soon as the weight changes, the timer starts, and should the brewer be removed, the timer pauses, flashing the brewing time.
