Our products feature two smart modes: M1 for pour-over coffee and M2 for espresso. In M1 mode, you can double-click the power key to switch to pour-over mode. Simply place your pour-over coffee maker, soak the filter, and dump the waste water. Click the power button to reset the weight, then pour in the ground coffee. The scale will automatically record the powder weight and start timing the water injection. Once the extraction is complete, the display will show the powder-to-water ratio.

In M2 mode for espresso, you can weigh the portafilter, add the coffee powder, and then double-click the power key to switch to espresso mode. Place your container on the scale, and the intelligent system will automatically reset to zero. As the extraction liquid enters the cup, the scale will automatically start timing and display the liquid weight. When you stop the dripping or remove the cup, the timing and weighing will stop.
