How to Brew a Delicious Cup of Coffee

1. Prepare the Kettle: Start by filling the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the right amount of water. Select the "COFFEE/205℉" preset and wait a few minutes for the water to heat up.

2. Grind Coffee Beans: Use the COSORI Coffee Grinder to grind fresh coffee beans to an ideal fineness for brewing.

3. Add Coffee to the Maker: Transfer the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker.

4. Pour Water: With a gentle, swirling motion, pour the boiling water over the ground coffee.

How to Clean and Descale the Kettle

1. Prepare the Cleaning Solution: Combine 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice with 2 cups of water in the kettle.

2. Boil the Mixture: Heat the solution until it reaches a boil. Let it sit for 2 hours, then use a cloth to wipe and clean the inside.

3. Rinse and Dry: Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water, then dry it using a soft, clean cloth.

4. Repeat as Necessary: If needed, repeat the descaling process for optimal cleanliness.

Important Notes

1. Always add a minimum of 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle and avoid filling it beyond the 'MAX' line. Make sure to wipe away any water on the kettle's exterior and base.

2. If you notice spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after your first use, this is likely due to hard water in your area and is considered normal.

3. If you select a preset with a Hold Temp function and lift the kettle while it's heating, it will continue to heat as long as the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.
